Baltimore City residents are eligible for discount prescription drugs through the ScriptSave prescription card program. Individuals employed in Baltimore City, regardless of county of residence, are also eligible for the program. At present, over 100 pharmacies in Baltimore City participate in the ScriptSave program. ScriptSave covers all FDA-approved brand name and generic medications. In addition, the ScriptSave card provides discounts on ancillary services, including vision, hearing, diabetic supplies, respiratory supplies, and daily living products.

How to get a ScriptSave card:

• Call 1-800-700-3957 and reference Group #576, between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 7:00 P.M. EST.
• Visit www.scriptsave.com and log-in using Group #576. Then go to Card Services under "Quick Links" to enroll.

Find a pharmacy near you:

• Go to www.scriptsave.com
• Under "Cardholders" section, type in Group # 576
• On the left-hand side of the page, type in your zip code under "Find a Pharmacy"

Find pricing of prescription drug medications:

• Go to www.scriptsave.com
• Under "Cardholders" section, type in Group # 576
• On the left-hand side of the page, type in all or part of the name of your prescription drug under "Drug Price Look Up"

How to enroll in the MEDBANK program:

• Call MEDBANK to see if you are eligible for the program at 1-877-435-7755.
• Complete the 3-page Patient Questionairre Form, the Consent to Exchange Information and Signature Form and the 4506-T Form and include copies of proof of income.
• Complete a referral form with your healthcare provider.
