BCART, the Baltimore City Animal Response Team, works through a private-public partnership, which as a unifying network of organizations, businesses and individuals who support the need to provide prevention, preparedness, emergency response, and animal recovery. A special city-wide team, consisting of volunteers, will respond to the emergencies.
